Will paying improve our GSQI score or search ranking by quality?
No. GSQI scores and quality-based rankings can never be influenced by payment. Paid plans buy profile tools and visibility features that are always labelled — never quality scores.
Can we remove a negative review?
No — and that's why parents trust the platform. You can respond publicly to any review, and you can flag reviews that break our review policy (fake, abusive or conflict-of-interest reviews are removed by moderators).
What documents do we need to claim?
Your school registration certificate, NaSIA and/or GES documentation, and an authorisation letter if you're claiming on behalf of the proprietor. Full details are in our verification policy.
