1. Who we are

SchoolGuide Ghana ("SchoolGuide", "we", "us") operates a school discovery platform that helps parents in Ghana search, compare and enquire about schools using verified profiles, moderated reviews and the Ghana School Quality Index (GSQI). By using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Using SchoolGuide

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, submitting a review, sending an enquiry or claiming a school.
• You may not scrape, resell or republish platform content without written permission.
• You may not impersonate another person, school or organisation.
• You may not use the platform to harass schools, staff, parents or pupils.

3. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience and comply with our Review Policy. We moderate every review before publication and may remove content that breaches the policy. Schools may respond publicly to reviews but cannot edit or delete them. You retain ownership of your review and grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

4. School claims & profiles

Claiming a school profile requires verification under our Verification Policy. Schools are responsible for keeping their profile information accurate, including fees and admissions status. We may suspend profiles that repeatedly publish misleading information.

5. GSQI scores

GSQI scores are independent editorial assessments based on documented evidence. They cannot be purchased, and no subscription or advertising product affects them. Schools may appeal a score within 30 days of publication. GSQI scores are opinions based on evidence at the time of assessment and are provided for guidance only.

6. Subscriptions & billing

School plans are billed in Ghana cedis (GHS) monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; plans remain active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Disclaimers

We work hard to verify information, but we cannot guarantee that every detail on every profile is current — always confirm fees, admissions and key facts directly with the school before making decisions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law.

8. Changes & contact
