Paid plans never affect GSQI scores or rating placement. Quality scores are managed exclusively by GSQI assessors and platform admins — a Free-plan school with excellent teaching will always outscore a Gold-plan school with weak teaching.

Pricing questions
Does upgrading improve our GSQI score or quality ranking?
No. GSQI scores and quality-based placement can never be bought. Paid features affect profile tools and clearly-labelled visibility placements only — quality assessment is run by a separate team behind a strict firewall.
How do we pay?
Plans are billed in Ghana cedis (GHS) by card or mobile money through Paystack. Yearly billing gives you two months free.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Downgrade or cancel from your school dashboard at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free. Your profile and reviews are never deleted.
Is there a trial?
The Free plan is free forever, so you can experience the platform before upgrading. Contact us for a guided demo of Premium and Gold features.
We run multiple campuses. Do we need multiple plans?
Each campus has its own profile and plan, because parents search by location. Contact us about multi-campus discounts for groups of 3+ schools.
